    I regularly shop at Orvis all over the world, from 5th Ave in New York, Zurich and U.K. Maybe I visited on an off day? The service was some of the poorest I have ever received. The lady was trying to be helpful but admitted she knew nothing about fishing, the chap "Martin" didn't even want to acknowledge me! Took my £500 for a pair of waders somewhere else - Farlows! Avoid like the plague! The worst Orvis shop I have ever been to.
